Every package is priced per 30 seconds of finished video. If your video is 60 seconds, you pay for two 30-second units. After 60 seconds, every additional 30 seconds is charged at 50% of the base rate — so a 90-second video at the Venture package would be $2,450 + $2,450 + $1,225 = $6,125 CAD. We scope this together on the strategy call so there are no surprises.

50% is due at project start, and the remaining 50% is due upon final delivery. Once the final invoice is paid we release your HD video files in MOV and MP4. We accept credit card, cheque, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/Ethereum).

It means exactly that — we revise until you’re happy at every stage of production: script, storyboard, illustration, animation, and sound. We don’t count rounds or charge extra for changes. The timelines quoted are averages based on typical revision cycles, so projects with significant scope changes may run longer.

You do. Once final payment is received, you have full ownership of the video files. We do post your video on our social channels and website portfolio — if you need the video to remain private or under NDA, let us know at the start of the project and we’ll accommodate.

Yes — we’ve delivered a 15-minute video in 12 days for a private equity investor presentation. Rush production is possible depending on our current schedule and the complexity of your project. Primarily via email, so there’s a clear written record of all feedback and approvals. All project files — scripts, storyboards, illustrations, and videos — are stored in a shared Google Drive folder so everything is in one place. We use QuickReviewer for reviewing and approving each deliverable, which makes feedback simple and trackable without back-and-forth email attachments. We also maintain a Project Status Report in Google Sheets that’s updated throughout production so you always know exactly where things stand. We offer one strategy session after the first script draft, and are available by call at any time.
